We setup a free consultation, without engagement, to learn about your story, your process and your goals. We answer to all your questions and bring clarity to the global design of the work.

Once we evaluated the work and framed the project, we send you a detailed quote with the different options if it applies. This quote may be adjusted depending of the design consultation.

Once you had approved the quote, we send you a contract. A contract is made to detail the service from start to finish and will have to be signed before we start working on the project. A date of shooting might be already determined but is not necessary to engage our services

Once the contract is signed, we will scheduled the design consultation to prepare all aspects of the work.

We will setup the shooting date(s) if it wasn’t determined yet.

Depending of the project, we might need to schedule more consultations before and during the project.

A check-list and/or mood board will be sent to you in order to ensure that we are on the same page and that everything is coordinated properly.

Everything is locked, we will send you a call sheet with the details of the day. Timing, location, specific rules if it applies.

Images are shared via our secured online portal. You will receive the access link by email when the editing is done and will be able to download the gallery in full resolution. Estimated time of delivery will be given to you during the design consultation.
